Dining with the Red Baron

Red Baron Ribs and Steaks is a small restaurant inside a car wash. It's a place so near to my house that it just probably took us about five minutes to get there. We have always passed by this place, but I had no idea that the food was this good.

What we have here is an order of a medium rare rib-eye steak paired with some creamy Eggs Benedict and flavorful gravy. The steak is really soft and the gravy complements it really well. The same goes for the Eggs Benedict, so I chose to get portions of everything with each spoonful.

I also got myself a drink, actually. This is Good Shepherd's Ube, made from Ube from Baguio City. The glasses they have really reminded me of mayo jars, so I guess it's one jarful of creamy Ube goodness. Look at the whipped cream, man. Who doesn't like whipped cream?

  1. Good formatting for a review: contains images that are related to the subject (and nicely edited border), has the pertinent information at the end of the post, mentioned the dishes.

    To further improve on this:
    - take more quality photos. Sort of less enticing because of the resolution and image color (?)
    - give the range of the prices so readers how much they may need when they visit
    - give idea on what other meals they serve so readers have options which may not be pictured or stated in the post.
